Check your checklist items

- Pension or other income sources – latest document to confirm income
- 3 months bank statements for all applicants – if applicable, showing income, current rent payments or BTL rental if remortgage

- One bank statement, dated within the last three months, for the account the Direct Debit will be paid from
Declarations:
- Signed insurance declaration found here
- Proof of repayment strategy – Residential Interest Only form found here
*If you have uploaded these documents at DIP stage, there is no need to re-upload.
Checklist items that do not require your attention and are information only:
- Check MIG Calculation Form – this is an internal form and fee that is paid by The Cambridge
- BTL Proof of Repayment Strategy – this is for Residential Interest Only mortgages only and can be ignored on Buy to Let applications
This page is intended as a help guide and your case will not be fully packaged until it has been assigned to a case packager.
They may request further documentation that is not listed that is specific to your application.
If you have any concerns over a checklist item, or the documents you need to supply, please give the team a call and we will be happy to assist.
