Allocate an Administrator - How to

Are you an Adviser, looking to allocate an Administrator?

If so, you'll need to give your administrators access to view your cases. They will need to register as an administrator before this can be completed, and details on how to register can be found further down on this page.

1. Login to our Online Intermediary Services

2. Go to ‘User Profile’

3. Click ’Change Allowed Access Rights’

4. Click ‘Add’

5. Choose ‘read’ or ‘write’ access

6. Enter your password and click ‘OK’

If you do not have the above option available, please call us on 0345 601 2744 and we'll arrange access.

Once your Decision in Principle has been approved, you will need to click ‘Proceed’ and confirm if any changes need to be made to the Decision in Principle or the product chosen. Once the ESIS has generated, the option to ‘Proceed to FMA’ will appear.

At this point, if you have allocated ‘Write’ access to an administrator, they will be able to proceed to Full Mortgage Application on your behalf.

Are you registering as an Administrator?

If you haven’t already, you will need to register with The Cambridge and confirm that you are registering as an Introducer Assistant.

You'll need to select 'Are you registering as an introducer assistant’ during the registration process. If you do not have this option available, please call us on 0345 601 2744.

Once your registration is set up, and the introducer has granted you access following the above steps, you will be able to search for their existing cases.

To search for their Decision in Principles and applications, log into our Online Intermediary Services and select ‘Case Search’ from the top menu. You will then need to tick ‘Include all introducers’ and click ‘Search’.

Once the Decision in Principle has been submitted, and the introducer has successfully produced the ESIS, you will see the option to ‘Proceed to FMA’ on the left hand side, once you have clicked into the case.

What can I do as an Administrator?

There are two different options available:

Read:

- View documents

- Upload documents

- View mortgage offers

Write:

- As above

- Submit Full Mortgage Applications

- Pay product fees
