Kathy Bowes Intermediary Manager

Kathy enjoys the challenge of motivating her team to provide an un-rivalled service for our Intermediaries. Since 2003 she has established and retained a portfolio of key clients. Described by colleagues as a potential stand-in ‘aide’ on ‘The Apprentice’.

Christy Rattle Business Development Manager

Christy endures a love/hate relationship with the A14. Having joined us in 2012 she brings extensive underwriting experience and knowledge to her role as a go-to adviser. With a passion for adrenaline sports, her sights are set on being selected for ‘The Island’.

Duncan Turner Business Development Manager

Duncan has 6 years’ experience in financial services, including time in an Intermediary role. He is happiest building client relationships to develop business opportunity. Naturally competitive, Duncan can talk about England’s rugby and cricket prospects all-day.

Andy Fowler Secondment

Andy has nearly 25 years’ experience working with mortgages and is looking forward to bringing his wealth of knowledge to this role. As a season ticket holder you'll find Andy at the Cambridge Rugby Club on the weekends. 

Emerson White Business Development Adviser

Emerson joined the team as a result of building effective relationships with mortgage customers and extending his product knowledge. Recently he started his CeMap Studies. His leisure time involves lots of travel, discovering new places.

Jake Segrave Business Development Adviser

Jake has recently joined the team and is looking forward to offering a high level service to our intermediary partners. Jake is currently studying for his CeMap, and enjoys playing golf and football in his spare time as well as exploring new places!

James Taylor Business Development Adviser

James is currently studying for his CeMap exams. He has established his place in business development by setting high standards for himself in customer relationship building and product knowledge.
